Weekly produce windows announced 7–10 days ahead
AMTA operates three Fresh Produce Business Hubs (Ondangwa, Rundu, Windhoek). Hubs publish weekly purchasing windows for specific crops at specific volumes. Aggregating cooperatives can win windows that individual smallholders cannot. AMTA is the primary formal-market route for smallholder vegetables in northern Namibia.
Eligibility
- Producer of fresh horticulture (vegetables, fruits) meeting AMTA quality grading
- Located within delivery radius of an AMTA hub (Ondangwa, Rundu, Windhoek)
What you'll need
- Producer registration with AMTA
- Ability to deliver volume on the announced window
- Crop type, expected volume, grade
