Supports smallholder climate adaptation through three pillars: (1) climate-resilient inputs (drought-tolerant seed, micro-irrigation kits), (2) household-level water harvesting infrastructure, and (3) CA training delivered through MAWLR extension. Targets female-headed households and youth.
Eligibility
- Smallholder farmers in north-central regions
- Female-headed households and youth (under 35) explicitly prioritised
- Participation in CCAP or willingness to join
